Division 12
Furnishings & FF&E
Commercial furniture, modular systems, booths, banquettes, shelving, and retail fixtures — received, assembled, placed, and anchored to spec.
The last mile of every commercial interior.
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are the final layer of a commercial interior — and the layer most visible to the end user. A conference table that isn't level, a booth that isn't anchored, or a shelving system that doesn't align with the floor plan undermines everything that came before it. 6:12 Installs treats FF&E as a precision scope, not a delivery task.
We manage the full installation sequence: coordinating receiving and staging, verifying quantities against the schedule of values, assembling components per manufacturer instructions, placing furniture to the floor plan, and anchoring or securing items that require it. We work directly from the FF&E schedule and coordinate with the GC and interior designer to ensure placement is correct before the owner walkthrough.
Our crews are experienced with the full range of commercial furnishing types — from modular open-plan workstation systems and private office casegoods to restaurant booths and banquettes, hotel room packages, classroom and library furniture, retail fixtures and gondola systems, and custom millwork-integrated furniture pieces. We handle both new construction and renovation scopes, and we're comfortable working in occupied facilities when phasing requires it.
When a project includes both casework and FF&E, 6:12 Installs can self-perform both scopes under a single subcontract — eliminating the coordination gap between the casework installer and the furniture crew that causes most punch-list items in this phase of work.

Why 6:12
Single-source casework + FF&E
When your project includes both casework and furniture, we can self-perform both scopes — one subcontract, one point of contact, no coordination gap between trades.
Schedule discipline
FF&E installation is always at the end of the schedule, which means it absorbs every delay that came before it. We arrive prepared, work efficiently, and protect the owner's move-in date.
Manufacturer compliance
We install from manufacturer instructions, not from habit. Warranty compliance, anchorage requirements, and assembly sequences are followed to the letter.
Southeast coverage
Our crews are based in the Southeast and travel regionally for commercial, hospitality, education, and institutional FF&E projects — new construction and renovation.
